When Contour encountered this apartment complex, it was in disrepair and needed a complete overhaul. The addition of elevators and a new pitched roof added modern convenience and an inviting aesthetic to the once forgotten buildings. A brand new clubhouse was built to tie the Larchmont community together and also function as a leasing office.
